Returns Policy

We stand behind every product we sell. However, if you’re not entirely happy with it, we’ll go out of our way to make things right.

This policy is for products purchased via our website. If you’ve ordered from anywhere else, please contact us via our Contact Us page to resolve your issue.

We want you to be delighted with your purchase. We believe strongly in our products and their quality, so if you are not satisfied with something you have bought from us, please contact us within 14 days of purchase, and we’ll happily refund the price.

Please let us know:

• Your confirmation email containing your Order Number

• Delivery documentation containing your Delivery Address

• List and description of goods to be returned

• Photographic documentation of any damage or defect

• Reason for returning goods

Once we receive this information, we will let you know where to return your parcel. Returned items will be processed within seven working days of receiving them. Please take care when packaging the parcel so that items are not damaged on their return to us.
